2. Warranty Depending on Product Type

For Microsoft Office Refurbished software licenses, the warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date the product is received.

For these products:

  • a single activation of the license is guaranteed;

  • the warranty covers the functionality of the activation code/key at the time of initial use;

  • once the product has been successfully activated, the warranty obligation is considered fulfilled in relation to the delivered key, except where otherwise provided by law or by the product policy.

2.2. Office Software Licenses Associated with a Microsoft Account

For Office software licenses linked to a Microsoft account, the warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date the product is received.

For these products:

  • license reactivation is guaranteed, where applicable;

  • license transfer is guaranteed, if the product allows this according to the type of license delivered;

  • the warranty applies to the functionality of the license in relation to activation and use within the parameters specific to the purchased product type.

2.3. Windows Software Licenses – Refurbished or OEM

For Microsoft Windows Refurbished or OEM software licenses, the warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date the product is received.

For these products:

  • license reactivation is guaranteed, if necessary;

  • license transfer is guaranteed, to the extent permitted by the nature of the license provided;

  • the warranty covers the functionality of the activation key and the possibility of using the product according to the characteristics of the delivered item.

3. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty provided by WOW SOFT covers, where applicable:

  • the validity of the activation key/code at the time of delivery;

  • the ability to complete the initial activation of the product;

  • license reactivation or transfer, only for products for which this is expressly mentioned in this policy;

  • replacement of a non-functional product or remedy of the issue, if the problem is confirmed and is not attributable to the customer.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • errors caused by incorrect installation;

  • incompatibilities related to the customer’s system;

  • use of the product contrary to the instructions provided;

  • changes made to the operating system or the account used that affect activation;

  • inability to use the product for external reasons unrelated to the delivered product;

  • the continued functioning of the software beyond the limits expressly guaranteed for the purchased license type.

For simple Office Refurbished licenses, the warranty is limited to one successful activation, according to the product type.

5. Complaint Procedure

If you encounter a problem related to the activation or functionality of the product during the warranty period, the complaint must be sent to our support team at:

In order to resolve the request quickly, we may need you to provide:

  • the order number;

  • a clear description of the issue;

  • screenshots of the displayed error messages;

  • the steps performed during the installation/activation process;

  • any other technical information relevant for verification.

If the evidence required for analysis is not provided, the request may be rejected if the reported issue cannot be confirmed.

6. Resolution of Complaints

After reviewing the information provided, WOW SOFT may offer, where applicable:

  • activation assistance;

  • license reactivation;

  • replacement of the product;

  • another reasonable commercial solution, depending on the specific situation.

The complaint will be handled within a reasonable period from the moment all information necessary for verification has been received.

By placing an order on wow-soft.eu, the customer confirms that they have read this warranty policy and understand that the applicable warranty differs depending on the type of product purchased.
