3. Pricing and Payment Policy

4. Delivery Policy

4.1 Digital Products

  • Delivered by email or direct download from your account.

  • Delivery time: generally immediate after payment confirmation, but may take up to 24 hours.

  • Delivery is free of charge.

4.2 Physical Products

  • Delivered via courier service.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

5. Return and Refund Policy

5.1 Digital Products

  • Unactivated or undownloaded digital products can be returned within 30 calendar days and fully refunded.

  • Activated or used digital products are not eligible for return, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

  • Technical issues will be resolved via license reissuance or refund, as applicable.

5.2 Physical Products

  • May be returned within 30 days from delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after return approval.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract:

  • Within 30 calendar days for digital products that have not been activated or downloaded.

  • Within 30 calendar days for physical products from the day of delivery.

7. Use of Refurbished Licenses

  • Refurbished licenses sold on WowSoft.eu are original, legal, and fully functional, sourced from authorized suppliers.

  • These are perpetual licenses that have been reconditioned for reuse.

  • Customers agree not to redistribute or share licenses purchased.

  • We provide full support in case of activation issues.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All products and licenses are protected under intellectual property laws.

  • It is strictly prohibited to copy, resell, or distribute products without written permission from WowSoft.eu.

  • Any infringement may lead to civil or criminal liability.

9. Personal Data Protection

  • Collected data includes: name, email, phone number, location, and payment information.

  • Data is used only for order processing, delivery, and marketing (with consent).

  • We store data securely and do not share it with third parties except where necessary (e.g., payment processors, couriers).
