Consumer protection authority and dispute resolution

The competent consumer protection authority for Elite Soft Store S.R.L. is the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC). Consumers can submit a complaint for alternative dispute resolution through the ANPC SAL platform: https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro/ (information: https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/). Consumers living in another EU country can also ask the European Consumer Centre of their country for free help with a cross-border dispute: European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).

The former EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228) and is therefore no longer referred to.

Business activity

Elite Soft Store S.R.L. resells perpetual licences for Microsoft and Adobe desktop software. The licences are refurbished (second-hand) licences, resold lawfully in the European Union under Directive 2009/24/EC and the judgment of the Court of Justice of the EU in case C-128/11 (UsedSoft v Oracle). Elite Soft Store S.R.L. is not a Microsoft or Adobe partner and is not affiliated with them. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
