Business customers (B2B)

Companies, public institutions and IT service providers in the European Union can buy the same licences as private customers, with the invoice issued to the company.

VAT invoice and reverse charge

• Enter your company's EU VAT ID in the cart. It is checked in the EU VIES system.
• If the VAT ID is valid and the company is established in an EU Member State other than Romania, no VAT is charged and the invoice states the reverse charge (Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC): the VAT is accounted for by the buyer.
• Companies established in Romania are invoiced with Romanian VAT.
• The invoice is sent by e-mail after payment and can also be downloaded from the order page.

Payment

You can pay by card or with the payment methods shown on the payment page. Bank transfer is possible on request: write to support@wow-soft.eu before ordering; the licence keys are sent once the transfer has been received. See the payment policy.

Larger quantities

Several licences can be ordered in one order (choose the quantity on the product page). For larger quantities or a written offer before ordering, write to support@wow-soft.eu with the products and the quantities.

Delivery and support

The keys are delivered by e-mail, usually within 5 minutes of the payment confirmation (if an order is checked manually, up to 60 minutes, exceptionally 24 hours), together with the installation guides. Support by e-mail and phone, Monday – Friday, 12:00 – 22:00 (EET).
