About us
Wow-Soft.eu is the online store of Elite Soft Store S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (Reg. no. J2024031005001, VAT ID RO50700760), with its registered office at Str. Eugen Ionesco 67, Bl. A, Sc. 1, Et. 6, Ap. 27, 400496 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania.
What we do
We mainly sell refurbished (second-hand) perpetual licences for Microsoft Windows, Office, Windows Server, Visual Studio and Adobe Acrobat to private and business customers in the European Union. The licences are resold lawfully under EU law (Directive 2009/24/EC) and every order comes with a VAT invoice.
How an order works
- Prices are in euro and include the VAT of your country.
- You pay on the secure payment page of Stripe; we never see your full card details.
- The licence key is delivered by e-mail, usually within 5 minutes after the payment is confirmed (if an order is checked manually, up to 60 minutes, exceptionally 24 hours).
- You get step-by-step installation guides and support by e-mail if the activation does not work.
Our commitments
- Genuine keys: a key that does not activate is replaced, or refunded if the problem cannot be fixed.
- Voluntary 30-day return for licences not yet activated, in addition to your statutory rights (see the return policy).
- A VAT invoice for every order; reverse charge for businesses with a valid EU VAT ID outside Romania (see business customers).
