Frequently asked questions

How fast do I receive the key?

Usually within 5 minutes of the payment confirmation, by e-mail to the address on the order, including nights and weekends. If an order is checked manually, delivery can take up to 60 minutes, exceptionally up to 24 hours. The key also appears on your order page.

Is the licence perpetual?

Yes, unless the product page says otherwise. There is no subscription and no recurring cost.

Are the licences genuine?

Yes. They are refurbished perpetual licences, sourced from authorised distributors and lawful supply chains within the EU and resold lawfully under EU law (Directive 2009/24/EC). Details on the product authenticity page.

What if the key does not work?

Write to us at support@wow-soft.eu. If the key does not activate we replace it; if the problem cannot be fixed you get a refund.

How do I install and activate the software?

Every product has a step-by-step guide with the official download link. All guides are on the installation instructions page, and the link is also in your confirmation e-mail.

Which payment methods can I use?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the local payment methods shown on the payment page for your country. Bank transfer is possible on request. See the payment policy.

Do the prices include VAT? Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Prices are in euro and include the VAT of your country; the VAT invoice is sent by e-mail after payment. Businesses with a valid EU VAT ID outside Romania are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge), see business customers.

Can I return a licence?

In addition to your statutory rights, licences not yet activated can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. In the cart you expressly ask for immediate delivery of the key and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once it is delivered. Details in the return policy; the withdrawal form is always available.
