Return and refund policy

This policy explains your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union and the additional, voluntary return we offer. It does not limit any right you have under the law of your country.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason (Art. 9 Directive 2011/83/EU).

For licence keys, which are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal ends when the key has been delivered, because before paying you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has taken place (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). You confirm this with a checkbox in the cart, and we confirm it in the order e-mail.

2. Voluntary 30-day return for unactivated licences

In addition to your statutory rights, we accept the return of any licence that has not been activated, within 30 calendar days of purchase, and refund the full price. Tell us which order and key you are returning; we check on our side that the key has not been activated.

3. Faulty licences: legal guarantee of conformity

If a licence key does not work as described, you are protected by the legal guarantee for digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770) for at least 2 years from delivery, whether or not the key has been activated. We first try to solve the problem (for example with a replacement key); if that is not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.

4. How to withdraw or return

  • Online: use “Withdraw from contract here” (link at the bottom of every page). You receive an acknowledgement by e-mail immediately.
  • By e-mail to support@wow-soft.eu, with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form published on the withdrawal page; its use is not obligatory.

5. Refunds

We refund all payments received for the returned licences, including VAT, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal or return, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You pay no fees for the refund. Digital products have no return shipping.
