Digital Product Delivery Policy

At WowSoft.eu (Elite Soft Store S.R.L.), we are committed to providing high-quality digital products delivered quickly and at no additional cost. Our policy is clear, customer-friendly, and compliant with EU legislation to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience.

1. Delivery Method and Timeframe

All digital products are delivered electronically by e-mail, as a licence key together with the installation and activation steps.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing your licence key and the installation steps.
In most cases the e-mail arrives within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.
In rare situations — for example a payment that requires manual review — delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Important Note:
If you do not receive your licence e-mail within 24 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder, then contact us at support@wow-soft.eu.

2. Delivery Cost

Digital product delivery is free of charge.
There are no additional fees associated with electronic delivery.

3. Delivery or Activation Issues

If you do not receive your licence key, or it does not activate:

Please contact our support team at support@wow-soft.eu.
We will respond to your request within 24 hours.
If the issue persists, we will resend the licence key or, where necessary, issue a replacement licence.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Activated or Used Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be returned or refunded once activated or used, in accordance with Article 16 letter m of Romanian GEO no. 34/2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Right of Withdrawal
If the digital product has not been downloaded or activated, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days of purchase.

To exercise this right, email us at support@wow-soft.eu and include details about your order.

Defective or Non-functional Products
If the product has technical issues that cannot be resolved, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with the 2-year legal conformity guarantee under EU law.

5. Licensing and Usage

All digital products are subject to license agreements.
By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you agree to comply with the specific license terms.
Unauthorized distribution or illegal use of software is strictly prohibited.
