Digital Product Delivery Policy

At WowSoft.eu (Elite Soft Store S.R.L.), we are committed to providing high-quality digital products delivered quickly and at no additional cost. Our policy is clear, customer-friendly, and compliant with EU legislation to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience.

1. Delivery Method and Timeframe

All digital products are delivered electronically via email or direct download from your account on our website.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link.
In most cases, products are available for download immediately after payment confirmation.
In rare situations, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Important Note:
If you do not receive your download email within 24 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder, then contact us at support@wow-soft.eu.

2. Delivery Cost

Digital product delivery is free of charge.
There are no additional fees associated with electronic delivery.

3. Download or Access Issues

If you encounter any issues accessing or downloading your product:

Please contact our support team at support@wow-soft.eu.
We will respond to your request within 24 hours.
If the issue persists, we will provide a new download link or, in exceptional cases, reissue the product.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Activated or Used Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be returned or refunded once activated or used, in accordance with Article 16 letter m of Romanian GEO no. 34/2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Right of Withdrawal
If the digital product has not been downloaded or activated, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days of purchase.

To exercise this right, email us at support@wow-soft.eu and include details about your order.

Defective or Non-functional Products
If the product has technical issues that cannot be resolved, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with the 2-year legal conformity guarantee under EU law.

5. Licensing and Usage

All digital products are subject to license agreements.
By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you agree to comply with the specific license terms.
Unauthorized distribution or illegal use of software is strictly prohibited.

7. Order Cut-off Time, Processing & Delivery Speed

Order Cut-off Time: 23:00 (EET) – Orders placed before this time are processed the same day.

Physical Products Delivery Policy

1.1 Physical Products

Physical products (USB kits, software packages, packaging, accessories, etc.) are delivered by courier to the address specified by the customer in the order.

The order processing time is 0–1 business days, and the courier delivery time is generally 0–6 business days within Romania and across Europe.

The delivery cost is displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed. During certain promotional campaigns, shipping may be free of charge.

The customer will receive an email/SMS with the parcel tracking number as soon as the order is handed over to the courier.

If the parcel shows signs of damage upon delivery, we recommend refusing acceptance and notifying our support team immediately.

2.1 Exceptions and Special Notes

During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays, promotional campaigns), the delivery time may be extended.
For hard-to-reach areas, the courier may charge additional fees. These will be communicated to the customer before shipment.
Orders placed after 23:00 will be processed on the next business day.
