Payment policy

All prices on wow-soft.eu are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The VAT of your country is applied at checkout; the price you pay stays the same. Business customers with a valid EU VAT ID outside Romania are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.

Payment methods

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Local payment methods shown on the payment page depending on your country.
  • Bank transfer on request: write to support@wow-soft.eu before ordering; the licence key is sent once the transfer has been received.

How payment works

Payments are processed on the secure payment page of Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; we never see or store your full card details. The amount is charged when you place the order. By clicking “Pay” on the payment page you place a binding order with an obligation to pay. After the payment is confirmed you receive an order confirmation and the VAT invoice by e-mail.

We do not charge any payment fees. If your card is not in euro, your bank may charge currency conversion fees; these are outside our control.

Refunds

Refunds are made with the same payment method, within 14 days; see the return policy.

Statutory information for EU consumers

Prices and VAT. All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. The VAT rate applied is the one of the EU country where you are established (the One-Stop-Shop scheme for cross-border sales of digital services). The rate and the amount appear on the invoice, which is sent by e-mail together with the licence. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number can enter it at checkout; where the reverse-charge mechanism applies, the invoice is issued without VAT.
