Use this function to withdraw from a contract concluded on Wow-Soft.eu. It takes two steps: identify your order, then confirm. You receive an acknowledgement by e-mail immediately after confirming.

About the right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For licence keys delivered immediately at your express request, the statutory right ends once the key has been delivered (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). In addition, Elite Soft Store S.R.L. accepts returns of unactivated licences within 30 days of purchase. Details in the return policy.
